This project involved the extension of the existing rear extension creating a large open plan kitchen / dining area. Internally the flat was totally refurbished with new central heating and plumbing installations, complete re-wiring, the creation of a 2nd bedroom, installation of a new bathroom and kitchen, complete internal and external decorations and landscaping to the rear
